Adwords Tutorial And Training Guide To Get PPC Traffic From Google With These Tips. The majority of advertisers start out their campaigns and they get relatively cheap clicks. Then if they don't know what they are doing, the minimum bids start to increase and they will need to pay more per click just to have their ads show. However, it doesn't stop there. If you have low quality scores then in some markets the advertiser will need to spend up between $2 - $5 per click just to have their ads show on the search network! Obviously if you are selling a $37 eBook then click costs like these are going to destroy your ROI and make your campaigns unprofitable. However, once you know what you are doing when advertising with Google AdWords you can dramatically cut your click costs. The reason for this is that if you know how to advertise with Google then you will know how to improve your quality score. And when you improve your quality score then you can actually decrease your cost per click with adwords. For example, here is a screenshot I took from inside my account. You can see here that for this niche I pay just 4 cents per click when I get 10/10 quality scores:
Obviously the cost per click will depend on your keywords and the competitiveness of your market but if you manage to get high quality scores then I typically see my advertising costs per click decrease by around 20%-30%. That's why it's critical that you know how to advertise properly with Google Adwords. The reason for my high quality scores and relatively low click costs is because I give the visitors to my website a 'quality user experience'. When I give my visitors a quality user experience then my quality score increases. This increase in quality score reduces my average cost per click. Not only do I actively decrease my costs per click by giving my visitors a quality user experience, but I also get massive amounts of traffic. For example, look at this screenshot from inside my account and see how I'm getting up to 3,300 visitors per day...
When you know what you are doing with this PPC advertising platform then it is possible to get a lot of traffic from both the search and content networks. Obviously this depends on the search volume but you can see here how I've managed to get over 3,000 clicks in just one day within this particular niche. Forget the 80/20 pareto principle with getting traffic on the internet. It's my opinion it's more like the 5/95 principle in that I believe the top 5% of advertisers get 95% of the traffic. Yes, it's unfair if you are like most advertisers but if you happen to join the elite advertisers then you'll know how you can get a lot of traffic to your website. The first step to take in order to get a lot of traffic is to find a lot of keywords to bid for. The more keywords you bid for, the larger your reach will be into your target market. The larger your reach, then the more traffic you will get from both the search and content networks. However, to be successful it's more than just getting a large number of keywords that most of your competition does not bid for. The other way to get a lot of traffic is to increase your click-through-rate (CTR). If you know how to double and triple your click-through-rates then you'll get double and triple the traffic from Google Adwords. For example, here is what happened when I started getting higher quality scores and increasing my CTR...
You can see here that I more than doubled the traffic to my website and nearly halved the average cost per click. The final strategy when advertising with AdWords is the matter of increasing your return on investment (ROI). Once you join the top 5% of advertisers who know how to slash your advertising click costs and then double or triple your traffic, only a handful of advertisers know how to properly track their campaigns. In my opinion this is when you can start to enter the top 1% of advertisers with this strategy. You see, there's an elite group of adwords advertisers who know how to maximize their ROI by properly tracking their adgroups and campaigns. Not only that but they also track individual keywords as well as tracking individual ads for each keyword in order to maximize their advertising ROI. When you get into the top 1% of advertisers on adwords you can not only get more traffic and cheaper clicks... but you also know how to maximize your ROI in order to fatten your profits. That's why learning these insider adwords tips and tricks is crucial to you staying ahead of the competition on both the search and content networks. Tutorial
